We would expect the successful candidate to work from all the above as well as regularly viewing properties & development sites and meeting local estate agents throughout the Inner London boroughs.

Description of the main tasks & Competences to be acquired
Appraising a residential property investment opportunity:

Property Details,
Activity Pricing,
Inflation Series,
Value Analysis
Basic pro-forma investment details required for a High Net Worth, Private Equity or Fund investor;
Factoring in the acquisition, refurbishment, management & maintenance aspects of a variety of investment trades.
Modelling the different inflation series linked to rents, property values, utilities etc for different property types & locations.
Researching comparable properties that are advertised or have recently completed both for sales & lettings values.

Asset Origination Strategies:
1. Auctions 2. Receiverships 3. Agents/Brokers 4. Investors

Attending and potentially participating in residential property auctions (with investor clients in attendance). Managing auction preparation tasks.
Filtering through opportunities provided by a range of fixed charge and LPA receivers.
Networking with estate agents and property brokers to discover attractive investment/development opportunities and secure new investors.
Networking with investors and their advisors to generate interest in our alternative investment/development opportunities.
