Es wird ein bezahltes Auslandspraktikum in folgenden Hotelabteilungen angeboten:

  1. Front & Back Office (Reception, Bookings, Guest Relations).
  2. Food & Beverage (Restaurant, Küche, Bars).
  3. Animation.

 

Erwerbe Berufserfahrungen in der Top-Tourismusindustrie.  Arbeite dabei in einem luxuriösem Top-End 5* Hotel. Mit einem Abteilungs-Chef an deiner Seite wirst Du Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen in der Kundenbetreuung, Teamfähigkeit und der Erbringung von Quality Services erwerben.

 

Praktikumsgehalt 600 EUR plus Unterkunft & Verpflegung

 

Du erhältst ein Praktikumsgehalt von 600 EUR/Monat. In-house Unterkunft, tägliche Mahlzeiten. 8 Ruhetage im Monat.

Animation (Sports, Fitness, Mini Club, All Around)

 

Job Description: Animation

  • Participate to all Animation daily activities.
  • Assist to sports, fitness, games activities, mini club actions.
  • Attend kids in Mini Club and participate to Mini Disco.
  • Participate to mini club activities & actions (ie.themed days).
  • Dress up with costumes and take part to themed days.
  • Communicate with guest and maintain a lively atmosphere.
  • Promote and communicate happenings and evening shows.
  • Control and prepare promotional material.
  • Report to Chief Animator about incidences during shift.
  • Experience needed: No, though experience on the field will be positively assessed.

 

Food & Beverage (Culinary Arts, Restaurants and Bars)

Indispensable Requirements: Fluent in German & English / Outstanding academic profile / References / Professional Outlook / Long-term Commitment

 

Job Description: Culinary Arts

  • Work morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie / Sous Chcef, etc..
  • Participate to the preparation of breakfast, lunch, dinner.
  • Work in all kitchen areas Cold, Hot, a la Carte, Live Cooking.
  • Assist to the preparation of the buffet.
  • Follow and respect the HASP procedures.

Restaurants

  • Work morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
  • Set tables and prepare the sector of responsibility.
  • Assist the sector headwaiter with the service.
  • Deliver orders and keep sector in perfect state.
  • Follow and respect the HASP procedures.

Bars

  • Work morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
  • Assist the bartender with the service.
  • Prepare drinks and cocktails & serve at table.
  • Keep the bar area in perfect state.
  • Replace the necessary material.
  • Follow and respect the HASP procedures.
  • Experience needed: No.

Room Division (Front Office, Guest Relations)

Indispensable Requirements: Fluent in German / Outstanding academic profile

 

Job Description: Front Office

  • Work morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Support Check in and Check out procedures.
  • Control and prepare Check in / Check out material.
  • Control and prepare promotional material.
  • Handle and settle guest accounts and payments.
  • Register and report for any problems during the shift.
  • Guest Relations
  • Welcome and bid farewell to the guests.
  • Support Check in and Check out procedures.
  • Greet and escort guests into the Restaurant.
  • Attend guest wishes and provide information.
  • Assist to event organisation and hosting procedures.
  • Experience needed: No.
